Dimaag Announces Revolutionary Electrification Solutions for the Off-Road Industry

Dimaag-AI today announced the deployment of ENCORE — the Electric No Compromise Off-Road Ecosystem — on a compact excavator from Hitachi Construction Machinery Group, marking the industry's first complete electric powertrain ecosystem purpose-built for off-road machinery.
ENCORE is an end-to-end electric powertrain solution comprising high-power battery modules, inverters, electric motors, and ultra-fast charging systems, all engineered to meet the demanding duty cycles of construction, mining, and agricultural equipment.
Unlike electrification efforts that adapt passenger EV components to off-road applications, ENCORE was designed from the ground up for the off-road sector — with operating temperature ranges, shock and vibration tolerance, and power delivery profiles matched to the real-world requirements of heavy equipment.
"The off-road industry has been waiting for an electrification ecosystem that doesn't compromise on performance," said Ian Wright, VP of Engineering at Dimaag-AI. "ENCORE delivers the battery energy density, charging speed, and system reliability that OEMs need to build compelling zero-emission machines."
The Hitachi deployment validates ENCORE in field conditions ahead of planned commercial programs with multiple OEM partners. Dimaag is actively collaborating with construction equipment manufacturers to integrate ENCORE into production vehicle platforms for launch in 2025 and beyond.
